About the role
- You'll work directly with C-suite executives, VPs, and Directors at leading enterprises, exchanges, wallets, and PSPs to ensure they're realizing meaningful value from Mesh-and expanding with us over time.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with Mesh's largest and most strategic enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
- Drive account growth by delivering against launch goals and identifying expansion opportunities across use cases, products, adoption, and transaction volume
- Lead renewals and expansion negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and deal structure, in partnership with Sales and CS leadership
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and CS to resolve complex customer challenges and deliver on commitments
- Build and maintain account success plans that connect customer objectives to Mesh capabilities and outline paths to deeper integration and revenue growth
- Willingness to travel regularly (25-50%) to be in front of customers, partners, and industry leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
- 8+ years owning enterprise customer relationships in fintech/crypto, with direct responsibility for strategic accounts
- Proven ability to earn trust and influence across complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated track record of driving commercial outcomes, including renewals, expansions, and negotiations in high-stakes environments
- Strong strategic judgment, with the ability to translate customer business goals into product adoption and revenue growth
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $156,000-$211,600 in San Francisco and New York.
