About the role
- As a Professional Services Manager you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of our client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and maintain enduring client relationships
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement tailored, scalable solutions that address each client's unique needs-from investment accounting and GL reporting to end-to-end platform integration and optimization.
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project implementations, defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensure timely delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively surface and resolve risks.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants and analysts. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes skills growth, accountability, and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, and Marketing to align solutions with client needs and evolving market requirements.

- Training & Enablement: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to drive client adoption of best practices and new capabilities.
- Client Engagement & Advisory: Build and maintain enduring client relationships; act as a trusted advisor who deeply understands clients' operating models, technology stacks, processes, and compliance requirements across insurance and asset management.
- Data Analysis & Strategic Guidance: Analyze and interpret financial and operational data to inform client decision-making; provide strategic guidance that drives performance-oriented outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in investment operations, technical accounting, or financial services, with a strong emphasis on insurance and/or asset management.
Nice to have
- Investment Accounting & General Ledger Reporting (US GAAP, IFRS)
- Alternative Investments (limited partnerships, credit products, derivatives)
- Regulatory Reporting for asset managers or insurance companies
- Experience leading complex projects in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with investment management technology solutions across the front, middle, and back office.
- Prior experience in Big 4 or professional services consulting is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Clearwater Analytics or comparable investment accounting / reporting platforms.
- Exposure to end-to-end operating model transformation engagements.

Compensation
- $120,000-$168,000
- $120,000.00 - $168,000.00 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
- Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
- The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
