About the role

  • Invenergy is North America's largest privately held developer, owner, and operator of power infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Create documents and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements
  • Work with cross functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements
  • Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Understand and drive performance, with visibility to executive leadership which provides upward mobility opportunities in our fast-paced and growing organization

  • As an Analyst, Renewable Development with Invenergy, you support our Renewable Development Department on several key functions of the company.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed.
  • Strong initiative and focused on process improvement.
  • Ability to work in amorphous environment
  • Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy/ Utilities Industry.

Compensation

  • $60,000.00 - 77,000.00 USD Annual
  • The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position.
  • Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
  • In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance.
