About the role
- Frontline Leader - Warehouse The hours of this role are 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday Location: OMAX, 21409 72nd Ave S, Kent, WA Are you looking to start a career or make a career shift?

Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance, safety, and engagement
- Quality: Support a quality culture and established quality standards. Understand the Red Tag process, quarantine process, and participating in root cause analysis.
- The Frontline Leader in the Warehouse will manage a small team of associates in our Warehouse and will be responsible for the timely movement of inventory, materials and products.
- We are currently recruiting a talented, people-focused individual to join and lead our fun and collaborative team of Warehouse Logistics Specialists at OMAX in Kent, Washington!

Requirements
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
- Proven leadership abilities with 3-5 years of experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role) in a warehouse, logistics, or materials management environment
- Hands-on experience with receiving processes, including system entry, and discrepancy resolution
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Nice to have
- Forklift certification (or recent practical experience operating various equipment)
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems
- Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement experience
- Experience in manufacturing or high-volume distribution environments

Compensation
- A starting annual accrual of 3 weeks of Earned Time, 24 hours of Sick Time, 10 paid company holidays, and 40 hours of Community Service Time
- Base hourly pay PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS
