About the role

  • Frontline Leader - Warehouse The hours of this role are 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday Location: OMAX, 21409 72nd Ave S, Kent, WA Are you looking to start a career or make a career shift?

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance, safety, and engagement
  • Quality: Support a quality culture and established quality standards. Understand the Red Tag process, quarantine process, and participating in root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven leadership abilities with 3-5 years of experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role) in a warehouse, logistics, or materials management environment
  • Hands-on experience with receiving processes, including system entry, and discrepancy resolution
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operations
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Nice to have

  • Forklift certification (or recent practical experience operating various equipment)
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems
  • Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or high-volume distribution environments

Compensation

  • No layoff philosophy - We have an over 50-year history of no layoffs
  • A starting annual accrual of 3 weeks of Earned Time, 24 hours of Sick Time, 10 paid company holidays, and 40 hours of Community Service Time
  • Base hourly pay PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS
