Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and support protocol-driven studies, including method development, verification, validation, investigational studies, and method transfers.
- Lead or support the implementation of new analytical technologies, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory efficiency and performance.
- Partner with manufacturing, process development, project management, and cross-functional teams to support manufacturing investigations and new product introductions.
- Coordinate laboratory activities, contribute to internal and customer-driven projects, and provide project support for new product implementation into QC.
- Manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining effective communication and strong working relationships across technical and business functions.

- The Senior Chemist provides technical leadership and scientific expertise to support Quality Control laboratory operations, with emphasis on advanced analytical techniques including NMR, LC-MS, and GC-MS.
Requirements
- PhD in Chemistry with 3-5 years of industrial laboratory experience
- Master's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline with 5-10 years of industrial laboratory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline with 10-15 years of industrial laboratory experience.
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory techniques.
- Experience reviewing and approving analytical data, laboratory documentation, and change controls.
- Experience supporting method development, validation, verification, and technology transfer activities utilizing NMR, LC-MS, and/or GC-MS techniques.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and train technical staff.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Experience implementing new analytical methodologies or laboratory technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects or new product introductions.
