Responsibilities
- Manage a growing team of experienced software engineers working with C#/.NET
- Create a diverse development team, taking ownership of recruiting, performance management, and career growth opportunities
- Lead multiple initiatives of various sizes simultaneously in this Kanban-style environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of software team leadership/management experience
- 4+ years of previous hands-on software development experience working with C#/.NET
- Excellent understanding of SDLC best practices with the ability to bring projects to completion on time and within budget
Nice to have
- Previous insurance industry experience isn't required to be successful in this role, but is a major plus!
