Empower residents to regain independence and improve quality of life Create personalized treatment plans and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team Support daily activities, adaptive techniques, and cognitive rehab Bring compassion, creativity, and clinical expertise to every session
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Advocate for clients' needs and support them in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.

Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Pennsylvania Experience in geriatrics or long-term care is a plus Strong communication, compassion, and a can-do spirit Why work for HealthPro Heritage?
