- Collaborate with site leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers on leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Partner with leaders to drive talent processes including hiring, onboarding, development, and succession planning.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and corrective action.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to strategize search approaches and assist in recruiting processes to include preparation of job descriptions, identifying key competencies, interviewing, and offer formulation.
- Identify skill gaps and support training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conducting investigations and resolving issues in a timely, fair, and compliant manner.
- Support labor relations activities including contract interpretation, grievance management, and participation in union discussions.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, including organizational changes, workforce transitions, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a critical liaison between local operations, functional partners, and corporate HR/Shared Services, driving alignment and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of HR partner/generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
