Experience in client onboarding, customer success, coaching, virtual assistance, customer support, or similar client-facing roles.

In this role, you'll conduct one-on-one video onboarding calls, guide clients through their first steps, answer questions, and ensure they feel confident moving forward in the program.
Conduct 30-minute one-on-one onboarding video calls with new clients.
Walk clients through the onboarding process, program expectations, and first steps.
Discuss client goals and answer initial questions.
Schedule each client's next call with their advisor.
Follow established scripts and onboarding processes while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.
Experience working with shared living and/or sober living homes is a plus.
