About the role
- This role requires someone who is equally comfortable hiring volume operators for multiple shifts as they are recruiting manufacturing roles such as Quality, Trainers, Production Supervisors, and other manufacturing operations professionals.
- Coordinate and participate in hiring events, job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community recruiting activities.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
Responsibilities
- You'll work side-by-side with Operations, HR, and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and ensure we always have the talent needed to support production.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles from intake through offer acceptance.
- Recruit exempt and non-exempt manufacturing support roles
- Build creative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, referrals, social media, community organizations, workforce agencies, technical schools, and local partnerships.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline reporting within ATS (Lever)
- Partner with HR and Operations to continuously improve hiring processes and onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen Bright Machines' reputation as an employer of choice within the local manufacturing community.

Nice to have
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Lever experience is a plus).
