About the role
- We are seeking a Motor Assembler II to assist and support the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of motors and related components within a manufacturing environment.
- Within this role, you will perform a wide range of assembly and testing tasks with minimal supervision, troubleshooting issues and supporting continuous improvement across multiple production areas.
Responsibilities
- Perform all duties associated with Motor Assembler I responsibilities, supporting assembly, repair, and testing of motors as needed
- Select and verify materials using Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain traceability documentation
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing using established procedures and testing equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with safety standards
- Support process improvements and assist with additional production tasks as needed

- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency of manufacturing processes and safety procedures
- Per the Internal Career Movement Guidelines, you must be in your current position for a minimum of 12 months.
Compensation
- $33,280-$45,718
- The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position.
