- The Pod Group is partnering with this organization to place a hands-on, collaborative and empathetic leader to fulfill the role of Program Manager, Intimate Partner Violence.
- WHY YOUR ROLE MATTERS 🔍 Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Manager, Intimate Partner Violence, will oversee the daily operations of Centre with a strong systems perspective.
- The Program Manager will also be responsible for leading and facilitating the collaboration between the Centre partners to effectively serve those affected by intimate partner violence.
- HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 🎯 Ensure the intimate partner violence hub model of integrated and coordinated services is functioning to its highest capacity and serving the best interests of our community.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new partners at Centre and explore ongoing opportunities for collaboration.
- Provide assessment, consultation, and analysis of the needs of clients to determine individual case plans and appropriate intervention/support.
- Liaise with partner agency supervisors on the operations and needs of the centre.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates with a regulated professional designation must be registered in good standing, or eligible for registration, with the appropriate professional governing body.
- Knowledge and experience with crisis intervention techniques required.
- Proficiency in a second language is considered an asset.
Compensation
- $74,000 to $80,000 CAD Annually Vacancy: Current Opening
