About the role

  • JAS is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company.
  • This position involves coordinating the daily activities of warehouse personnel and ensuring the accuracy of shipments and inventory.
  • QUALIFICATIONS: • 2+ years' experience in logistics warehouse environment / 1+ years' experience leading teams and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Acting in a team lead capacity over a specific function of the logistics operation.
  • Communicating potential temporary associate needs to Account Lead or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in logistics warehouse environment / 1+ years' experience leading teams and projects.
  • Ability to lift, lower, and maneuver packages between 20 and 70 lbs.

  • High school diploma, GED, or education in logistics or supply chain
  • Forklift machinery certification.

  • This position involves heavy lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching.
  • A collaborative culture of logistics and supply chain enthusiasts.
  • Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment around machinery and moving parts.
  • Warehouse duties may be subject to varying temperatures and high levels of dust and noise.
