Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values
Processes daily electronic policy and document download
Prepares paper documents to be scanned and files attachments within agency management system
Actively supports team by participating in miscellaneous projects

Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
Strong attention to detail
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Commitment to work through projects to completion
Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Offices products and other programs
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
