  • This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall success of the practice, including strategy, delivery excellence, client outcomes, team leadership, operational performance, and profitable growth.
  • Oversee staffing strategy, forecasting, capacity planning, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure high-quality ERP implementations and strong client outcomes.
  • Improve operational processes, reporting visibility, and delivery governance.
  • Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, professional services, technology advisory, or practice leadership.
  • Experience leading ERP consulting or implementation teams within a professional services environment.

Compensation

  • Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
  • 8 Paid Holidays per year, including 1 floating holiday.
