About the role
- This is a highly dynamic and strategic role that will touch nearly all aspects of the business, from software development to regulatory compliance to customer training and market expansion.
- Simultaneously, they will be responsible for designing operational playbooks, procedures, and training programs to assist in opening new adult daycare centers and optimizing existing ones.

- Our mission is to responsibly serve seniors, their families, and the public good by empowering adult daycare providers with cutting-edge technology to deliver cost-effective, high-quality, and accessible senior care.
- We are seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead the development and implementation of both our hard product (software platform) and soft product (operational frameworks, best practices, and consulting services).
- This role will also engage with government agencies, industry partners, and key stakeholders to shape policies, expand Seniorverse's reach, and support the overall growth of the adult daycare market.
- Eventually, the CPO will build and oversee a team of professionals to provide direct support and consulting services to adult daycare operators.
