- Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.
Requirements
- The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting Directory and Authentication Services, Storage and Virtualization Services, and Operations Support functions.
- HS Diploma Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting Directory and Authentication Services, Storage and Virtualization Services, and Operations Support functions.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and software required to perform assigned duties.
Skills
- EMC, SharePoint, Citrix, VMware, Windows Server, or Red Hat Linux.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
