About the role
- The Maintenance Technician participates in maintaining and enhancing the physical integrity of the community.
- This position is responsible for ensuring a clean and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives
Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a consistent commitment to an excellent customer experience.
Skills
- 1-3 years relevant maintenance experience required
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work 8-12 hour standing shifts
- Must be able to work weekends and be available for on call emergencies
