  • Reporting to the VP, Design, Process and Technology Engineering the Product Manager - Coolant Distribution Unit will lead our coolant distribution unit team and rapidly mature our innovative coolant distribution unit designs into production.
  • The successful candidate will influence architecture decisions, guide design and development, and lead a small team of engineers that is backed by Flex's broad global resources in engineering and production.
  • Manage a small team of engineers to ensure their responsibilities grow commensurate with their performance and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Familiarity with NPI processes, phase gates, and managing technical risk.
  • US Citizenship is required.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience and 12+ years of experience.
  • Familiarity with data center cooling infrastructure (cooling modules, CDUs, dry coolers, chillers).
  • Familiarity with relevant industry and regulatory standards related to fluid systems and mechanical engineering.
  • Publications, patents, or contributions to industry-related conferences or forums.

Compensation

  • $126,500.00 USD - $173,900.00 USD Annual

Company info

  • Minimum of 10 years of post-collegiate experience, preferably working in hardware product management in the data center cooling, automotive, medical, or nuclear industries.
  • Excellent communication skills to drive excellent technical performance within the coolant distribution unit group.
