About the role
- Records gas consumption data from residential, industrial, and commercial customers using electronic remote reading device mounted in company vehicle; reports data for Marketers to use for customer billing. Representative Duties and Responsibilities: • Downloads meter reading route(s) daily; enters route information into ENSCAN electronic data collection
- units in vehicle; drives route and collects data from Electronic Reading Transmitters (ERTs) mounted on customers' meters; uploads data at end of workday. • Reviews Missed Meter Report daily to identify incomplete meter readings; performs special ENSCAN and manual readings to obtain meter data. • Maintains electronic equipment to ensure accurate readings. •
