About the role
- This role goes beyond traditional SaaS administration - you'll act as a hands-on technical builder, leveraging AI coding assistants and LLMs to solve process bottlenecks and improve how our commercial teams work.
- Automate routine maintenance and configuration wherever possible, allowing you to focus on the technical roadmap, continuous improvement, and new AI-driven capabilities.

- Data Quality & Reliability: Monitor and improve data consistency across systems. Identify issues early and implement sustainable, automated solutions to prevent them from recurring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, Account Management, and other teams to understand their challenges and translate day-to-day friction points into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward building scalable solutions rather than relying on manual workarounds.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical operations, revenue operations, automation engineering, software engineering, or similar role with a strong focus on internal tooling and technical solutions.

Compensation
- Please note that this role is a full-time position in New York.The annual base salary range for this role is $169,000-$222,000; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.
