About the role
- We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to help us strategically grow and scale our organization across all teams and levels, from early-career hires to senior leaders.
- This is a hybrid role, working 1-2 days per week at the NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments and levels (entry through senior), ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical talent, using creative outreach, market mapping, and networking to engage high-quality, diverse candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to create hiring profiles, set interview plans, and share market insights, ensuring alignment on process and expectations.
- Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, professional networks, and industry events to meet current and future workforce needs.
- Collaborate with People Operations for onboarding.
- You'll partner with hiring managers company-wide to understand and anticipate hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and build a robust pipeline of top talent, technical and non-technical, while delivering a stellar candidate experience.
- Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills to manage a high volume of requisitions while partnering effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including demonstrated success hiring both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical roles.
- Proven ability to recruit at all levels, from entry-level to senior leader, in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruiting metrics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in a growth-stage or high-volume hiring environment is a plus.
Compensation
- $100k-$120k
