About the role

You will be the only PM at our company - the central node of how we execute cross-functionally.
You'll be the first, or "founding" PM for Titan's RIA.
So it goes without saying that you should have exceptional PM skills that can thrive in a super fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

In light of the above, this is not a "maintain and optimize" product role
Partner deeply with all teams (Engineering, Design, Wealth Advisory, Client Experience, Investment Management) teams to turn our roadmap into documentation, prototypes, and products that ship
Help launch new products and features that rapidly validate or invalidate hypotheses
Drive a culture where speed, courage, and experimentation are balanced with rigor, empathy, and a commitment to excellence
In light of the above, this is not a "maintain and optimize" product role; it's an "all-hands-on-deck," "zero-to-one" seat.
We're a small team by design.
An ex-founder background is a plus; so is building complex things zero to one from scratch a part of a high performing team.

Founder-like Operator → Proven ability to take ideas from roadmap to execution in ambiguous environments. Former / Current founders welcome.
Wartime Experience → You've thrived in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Ideally you've been the first or only PM at a start up high-growth tech company.
Fintech Experience / Acumen → Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and user behavior in the space. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.

Ensure we systematically incorporate client feedback & data religiously into our execution motion and product bets
