About the role
- The Technical Training Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of Learning & Development technical and/or trade-related training and services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Apprenticeship Team to research and recommend content, develop, pilot, and implement new technical and/or trade-related training and development programs.
- Designs and develops technical and/or trade-related curriculum, based on organizational needs.
- Develops relationships with operational leaders that facilitate open dialogue and trust.
- Supports and provides guidance to Apprenticeship Coordinator in the coordination of the apprenticeship programs, as needed.
- Demonstrates approachability and ability to collaborate with others and effectively influence.

Requirements
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or an Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
