About the role
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Training Specialist Intern that conducts both on-site and virtual training for local companies.
- They will work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved.
- Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects.
