Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, product management, commercialization, business operations, acquisition marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, or agent-based workflows to improve business processes, marketing performance, or operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience managing external vendors or contractor teams is preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $145,000 to $175,000 USD, based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.
