About the role
- As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be closely involved in all aspects of engineering, with a particular eye on building RL environments, translating research into product, building out core infrastructure and back-end systems, and developing user-facing websites and APIs.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on cloud infrastructure for running computer-use agents in secure environments
- Build and maintain data pipelines to transform raw human data into high-quality training and evaluation assets
- Develop evals, RL environments, and benchmarks that reflect real-world complexity
Requirements
- Have full-stack experience, i.e. you can spin up a production-ready website and handle both the backend + frontend
