Experience operating a sewer camera
Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground piping
Participation in required staff meetings and training

As a Drain Technician at My Plumber Plus, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality drain cleaning services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock truck to minimum stock levels

Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutions
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential.
Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co-workers
