We are working to launch 1,000 next-generation venture capital firms by 2025, transforming the face of venture capital. We run VC Lab, the leading venture capital
accelerator worldwide, and operate the Decile Hub platform, which combines CRM, back office, digital signing, data room, and many other critical tools for VCs.

Develop and implement operational strategies that balance efficiency, quality, and scalability while delivering a delightful experience for our clients
Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback and rollout initiatives (e.g., feature launches, UX enhancements, onboarding flows) that measurably improve customer experience and retention
Build and lead a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zones
Create and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to drive continuous operational improvement and best-in-class customer service
Collaborate with the executive team to align operational capabilities with company growth targets
Drive automation and process optimization to increase capacity while maintaining our 90+ NPS
Manage relationships with key service providers and strategic partners that can support the portfolio
Implement risk management protocols and best practices across the organization
