About the role
- VWGoA Parts Specialists serve as the first point of contact to our VW and Audi dealers on Parts related issues.
Responsibilities
- Technical Parts Assistance/Catalog Assistance, or Order Facilitation, and Sales Order Support.
- Additionally, the team of Parts Specialists performs a variety of administrative and behind the scenes tasks aimed at ensuring the process of ordering and receiving the right parts is smooth and effective.
- There are 3 teams within Dealer Support; Order Availability, Technical parts or the Sales Order Support team.
Requirements
- Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Type 45-50 WPM Ability to multi-task Customer Service and or Parts Experience SAP application knowledge
