About the role
- Translate brand strategy into pricing actions with clear business cases, test plans, decision criteria, and rollout guidance.
- Define the realized-price and out-of-pocket waterfall, including how list price, discounting, financing, memberships, and other affordability levers interact.
- Set guardrails for exceptions, promotional use, regional variation, and market pilots.
Responsibilities
- Own Aspen price architecture across fee schedules, list-price logic, consult discounts, promotional guardrails, bundles, memberships, affordability pathways, and financing support rules.
- Partner with marketing on offer architecture and campaign economics while maintaining pricing ownership of the commercial rules and measurement approach.
- Partner with operations and field leadership to ensure pricing constructs are executable, understandable, and sustainable in office workflows.
- Build a disciplined Aspen-first operating model that can later scale to additional TAG brands without overcomplicating phase one.
- Lead the Aspen pricing calendar, monthly business review, approval cadence, and policy governance.
- Create a practical Aspen price waterfall and standard KPI set for list price, realized price, consult discounting, promotional utilization, and case acceptance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, or related analytics-intensive business roles.
- Strong understanding of willingness to pay, ability to pay, promotional economics, bundle design, and patient or customer segmentation.

- Familiarity with list-price to out-of-pocket pricing waterfalls, financing pathways, and affordability dynamics.
- Comfort working in an environment where governance and analytics capabilities are still being built.

Compensation
- $180,000 - $225,000, plus bonus/incentives
