We're on the hunt for a Full-Time District Visual Manager to help bring the Princess Polly vibe to life in our retail stores.

Create and distribute clear, actionable mannequin styling guides and directives to each store to ensure consistent execution across all stores.
Lead floor set execution, window installations, mannequin styling, and product placement strategies.
Monitor and adapt styling to drive sell-through, merchandising strategically to support product
Support store openings, resets, and seasonal transitions with strong visual presentations and styling leadership.

Experience with utilizing digital asset libraries and following visual guidelines and training materials.

Deliver monthly in-store styling sessions with retail teams, focusing on trend education, styling confidence and product storytelling.
