Responsibilities
- Serves as the lead team member and assists in leading meeting discussions.
- Develops goals and objectives and incorporates plans for completion and/or implementation.
- Develops internal program policies and procedures and establishes strategic standards, goals and objectives for service delivery for incorporation in the agency's strategic plan.
- Performs research, analyzes, and summarizes data to make specific recommendations.
- Evaluates processes and recommends improvements to procedures, program operations, interdepartmental workflow, and organizational designs.
