- Our Advanced Hydration Team is looking for a Retail Execution Specialist (RES) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Sales Growth and Merchandising: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow the base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and improve productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Collaboration: Partner with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and the Advanced Hydration Field team to execute sales and merchandising plans effectively, maintain product inventory levels, minimize out-of-stocks, and uphold company merchandising standards.
- Territory Account Maintenance: Handle tasks such as checking date codes, managing account adherence to plan-o-grams, replacing decals or tags, and transporting, building, and maintaining point-of-sale advertising and coupons for territory accounts as needed.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize company-provided technology for real-time daily reporting, analyze reports, and leverage insights to drive success in-store.

Requirements
- Must be located in Aurora, IL area or willing to relocate at your own expense
- Strong selling skill set and ability to influence store/ownership personnel through fact-based data selling, problem solving, and creative thinking
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a large territory and multitask across a large number of stores
- ability to effectively communicate successes, challenges, and opportunities, verbally and in writing, cross-functionally and through all levels of management
- Must be able to lift upwards of 25-50 lbs with frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to support product display building and events
- Must have a personal vehicle, maintain an excellent driving record, and hold a valid driver's license for use during work hours
- Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Compensation
- United States of America: 57,800 USD - 69,400 USD
- Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
- Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
- Long-term Incentive Reference Value Percentage:0 - 20
- Long-term Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role
