Responsibilities

  • Develop and post job descriptions in ATS system, and on job boards, social media, career sites, and other recruiting channels.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the offer preparation, reference checks, background check coordination, and pre-employment steps as needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience, Skills, and Characteristics
  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative support required.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking systems (BambooHR), HR systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Familiarity with professional services industry
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting employer branding, employee referral programs, or recruiting events.

Nice to have

  • B achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
