Responsibilities
- Develop and post job descriptions in ATS system, and on job boards, social media, career sites, and other recruiting channels.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the offer preparation, reference checks, background check coordination, and pre-employment steps as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system.
- Ability to build professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines.
Requirements
- Experience, Skills, and Characteristics
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative support required.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking systems (BambooHR), HR systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with professional services industry
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting employer branding, employee referral programs, or recruiting events.
Nice to have
- B achelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
