Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and validate large datasets
- Partner with finance, accounting, and operations teams to define reporting requirements and KPIs
- Document data models, reporting logic, and BI processes
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and building scalable reporting solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics
- Strong experience with Power BI
- Experience working with big data environments and high-volume datasets
- The ideal candidate has strong SQL and Power BI experience, a solid understanding of accounting and financial concepts, and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Nice to have
- Experience with RCM
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with Python, Azure, Snowflake, or cloud-based analytics platforms
