Plan, lead and document the execution of the project
Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the contract documents and Broccolini's standard
Create and manage the project schedule
Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
As a Senior Site Superintendent, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, One Team, One Dream, Caring at our Core, Powered by Passion and We Make it Happen.

Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between sites
High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred
10+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience
Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Advanced leadership and decision making skills
