Pay: $42.00 - $55.00 per hour Job description: Oakwood Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents in a supportive, collaborative, and growth-focused environment.

Give prescribed medications, injections, and manage IV therapy.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans with doctors and staff.

Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Active CO RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient safety standards including HIPAA compliance.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting patients safely with equipment like Hoyer lifts.
Strong communication skills

2+ years of experience in nursing, especially in geriatrics or long-term care is preferred but not required.
