Responsibilities
- The Service Coordinator works within HUD assisted multifamily housing to help elderly residents and persons with disabilities maintain their independence, housing stability, and quality of life.
- This role involves assessing resident needs, developing individualized service plans, providing case management and advocacy, and coordinating supportive services from local agencies.
