We're hiring a Senior Director of Growth & Lifecycle - a strategic, fast-paced, hands-on leader who will own the full customer journey from first touchpoint to long-term retention.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creator-driven growth, and lifecycle strategy - connecting every acquisition channel with the retention engine that drives real, sustainable LTV.
You'll oversee Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, Influencer, Content, OOH, OTT, Email, and SMS - and you won't just manage them.
