  • JPI has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Leasing to join our Investment Ownership team located in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a property-by-property leasing plan, including pre-leasing strategies, property marketing, lease up during construction and stabilized leasing.
  • Create weekly leasing goals, pricing strategies, and conversion benchmarks for each property.
  • Partner with asset management to optimize revenue and occupancy.
  • Develop leasing SOPs, training programs, quality standards, and KPIs by leasing specialist.
  • Establish lead management and follow-up protocols.
