Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of industry and/or combination of relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
- Experience in commercial real estate, particularly in areas such as cash management, loan servicing, and escrow management.
- ability to engage and present to stakeholders and all levels of the business.
- ability to address complex issues and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
- At any time, employees may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization and participate in additional trainings.
Nice to have
- Experience with industry-related technologies such as Enterprise!
- McCracken Strategy, LSTA, Misys and/or Backshop is a plus.

- Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
