About the role

This role requires extensive technology troubleshooting, as you will be helping patients navigate virtual appointment platforms and resolving basic technical issues.
Strong technical competence is essential for success in this position.

Collect and document patient copays or outstanding balances.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support smooth virtual clinic operations.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards at all times.
Complex conditions like COPD are incredibly challenging to manage.

Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot device, audio/video, and connectivity issues-this is a must.
Comfort and confidence guiding patients through technology challenges multiple times per shift.
Ability to work independently and follow established workflows.
Check patients in for their scheduled virtual appointments and verify required information.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable learning and working within digital tools and EHR systems.
Professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn.
