About the role

Requirements
- Must be able to accurately read and interpret instruments and gauge.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology is preferred or equivalent experience.
- Able to read and understand blue prints (mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic).
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

- Help implement and support day to day activities and coordinating all phases of the Maintenance Department in such a manner as to promote efficiency and cost control while reducing downtime in accordance with applicable Company and regulatory guidelines.
- Drive safety and environmental compliance.
- Lead and own the safety metrics and safety-training program for department.
- Conduct 5S and safety audits, inspections and support Kaizen Events.
- Support, plan and supervise Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and repair programs to ensure compliance to long and short-range goals.
- Lead and own the safety and safety-training program for department.
- Monitor and document maintenance and repair activities in Megamation and L2L Software; work with Manager to coordinate assignments with other departments and contractor activities.
