About the role
- We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of subscription billing solutions on the Zuora platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Zuora Billing solutions for subscription-based business models.
- Configure and manage product catalog, pricing models, rate plans, billing rules, invoicing, and payments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Manage data migration, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- The role involves working closely with business, finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable billing solutions and drive best practices across Zuora implementations.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in Zuora Billing implementation and support.
- Strong expertise in subscription billing lifecycle, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Experience with Zuora APIs, workflows, and integrations with CRM and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with Zuora CPQ.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and ERP integrations.
- Zuora certifications are a plus.
