About the role

Ace IT Careers is recruiting for a current Junior QA Analyst opportunity supporting a technology delivery team.
This position is suitable for candidates with foundational software-testing knowledge and up to two years of professional, internship, academic-project, or equivalent hands-on experience.
The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and able to explain testing observations clearly.

The Junior QA Analyst will help evaluate web-based and business applications, document test results, identify defects, and work with developers and business stakeholders to improve product quality.
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
Maintain test documentation, execution results, and quality reports.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other QA team members.

Perform basic API, database, or cross-browser validation when required.
A college degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required when equivalent skills or project experience can be demonstrated.
