We are a vertically integrated real estate owner, developer, construction, and property management firm with a growing portfolio of commercial and residential assets. With approximately 150 employees across two Manhattan offices, our organization oversees every stage of the real estate lifecycle—from acquisitions and development through construction, asset
management, property operations, and long-term ownership. Lead the day-to-day accounting operations across multiple real estate entities.
Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Partner with operations, development, construction, and asset management teams to provide financial insight and support strategic initiatives.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis as needed.
Experience managing accounting teams and developing high-performing staff.
Proven ability to manage multiple legal entities and complex accounting structures.

Review and approve financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

$190,000-$250,000+ annually, depending on experience, seniority, and level of hire.
