Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to organize, influence and lead a multi-functional team and foster a proactive team environment.
- Ability to build and manage a budget.
- Support the loss control improvement process by championing and complying with critical safety rules.
- Build strong relationships across the Mill teams to deliver continuous improvement.
- Manage teams in accordance with the expected K-C Values and Ways of Working.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business or relevant discipline of 7+ years of related experience.
- The incumbent would typically have significant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Maintenance.
- Possess a strong understanding of the operations role in the Supply Chain.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge in the people management and technical areas of expertise (or aptitude to learn).
- Experience in multiple plant environments, product systems, and staff experience, along with leadership of a non-exempt workforce is highly desired.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Compensation
- 127,600 - 157,600 USD

- Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan.
- The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.
- Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
- Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
