About the role
- As a senior project management advisor, you help execute cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget.
- You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business.
Responsibilities
- Help teams implement agile development methods.
- Understand practitioner concerns, challenges and resistance and provide support as needed
- Develop and carry out activities to improve skills and agile processes
- Analyze clients' initial environment, make recommendations and provide support when starting up or turning around agile projects to meet client business needs
- Monitor the industry to understand and anticipate trends in your field and make recommendations to develop best practices
Requirements
- Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Knowledge of French is required
