About the role
- We are looking for entry-level team members to join our growing Metal Printing manufacturing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced metal additive manufacturing systems and software to ensure dental products are fabricated at the highest quality standards while meeting customer delivery deadlines.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, technical precision, and comfort working with digital manufacturing tools in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Launch and monitor metal print jobs, verify machine readiness, and ensure successful build completion according to established workflows and production timelines.
- Serve as a key operator with firsthand insights into workflow, machine performance, and production capacity improvement opportunities that help drive throughput and product quality.
- Partner closely with team members across production, design, and quality teams to quickly identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Uphold strict manufacturing and print quality standards including build preparation protocols, machine operating procedures, powder handling processes, and inspection requirements.
- You'll work directly with metal print workflows including build preparation, machine operation, print monitoring, and quality inspection.

Requirements
- 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
- Strong self-motivation and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to learn new tools, workflows, and technical concepts quickly
- Experience working with digital manufacturing software
- Relentlessly positive attitude, strong sense of humor, and ability to have fun while working hard
